Sandra D'Souza

Owner

Sandra is a qualified Electrical & Electronics engineer. She has been in many management positions and successfully led teams of professionals. Her more recent position has been in an executive role at Australia's leading airline. After a successful career in aviation, Sandra wanted to give back to the community. She wanted to make a difference to people lives. Her keen desire to follow her heart and passion made her look for a new career avenue and Home Instead Senior Care just fitted the bill. Sandra is committed and passionate about excellence in care for older members of the community.

Melwyn D'Souza

Executive Manager: Finance

Melwyn has been a part of Home Instead since start of operation in 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of the financial management, operations and development of Home Instead .He is a certified Chartered Accountant and has many years of experience leading large teams of Accountants through rapid growth, cultural transformation and expansion with innovation.

Jon Houstoun

Operations Manager

Jon is a professional driven with genuine interest in the health sector. He has many years of Care Management experience, focusing mainly on Client centred care.  His role is to support our Office team and ensure every Caregiver and Client have a better experience with Home Instead Senior Care.

Frank Diaz

Recruitment & Training Officer

Frank joined Home Instead Office in 2016. He has a Diploma of Human Resources Management, Diploma of Community Services, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He has been responsible for recruitment, screening, hiring, training and retention of CAREGivers to provide the highest quality of care services to clients.

Sapan Goel

Client Services Coordinator

Sapan has 12 years of working experience in different industries. His most recent role has been in Rostering for an organization specializing in security. He loves challenges and is passionate about new technologies.

Nina Pati

Client Services Coordinator

Nina joined Home Instead Office in 2017. She has over 10 years of customer service and administration experience. She is very driven to learn and take on new challenges.

Heather Fernandes

Administration Officer

Heather has been with Home Instead since 2012. She has a CERT III in aged care and a diploma in Business management. She ensures that all caregiver and client records are current. She manages payroll and invoicing and also helps with care coordination. She is very meticulous and ensures that correct QMS procedures are adhered to always.

James Byrne-Hayward

Administration Assistant

James is a young professional assisting Home Instead with Administration related matters. He is responsible for the effective collation of daily Caregiver feedback. He assists with timely preparation of Client invoices. He displays a keen interest in acquiring new skills.
